Sacro-Occipital Technique (S.O.T.) is a gentle system that looks at the relationship between the pelvis (sacrum) and the base of the skull (occiput). Flagler Chiropractic is at 1240 S. Oceanshore Blvd., Flagler Beach, FL — call (386) 439-9001.
What is S.O.T.?
S.O.T. uses padded wedges ("blocks") placed under the pelvis while you lie down, using your own body weight and breathing to gently reposition and balance the pelvis. It is quiet, comfortable and low-force.
Cranial sutural therapy
Cranial work uses light, precise hand contacts on the head and jaw area. It is often included for patients with tension-type headaches, jaw (TMJ) discomfort and neck tension.
