1. Conversation

Dr. Lemnouni asks about your symptoms, health history, activities and goals. What makes it better or worse? When did it start?

2. Examination

Posture and movement assessment, orthopedic and neurological tests, and palpation of the spine and muscles. X-ray diagnostic studies are available if they are needed.

3. Explanation and plan

You will hear what was found in plain language, what care is recommended, and roughly how long it may take. You always choose whether to proceed.

4. Treatment

If appropriate, treatment may begin on the first visit — an adjustment, K-Laser, soft-tissue work or gentle techniques if you prefer no “cracking.” Curious what an adjustment looks like? Watch our videos.
